Casiss Midagatis, an elderly Felucian male, served as the village elder for a community of nysillin farmers located on Felucia. In the course of the Clone Wars, the Ohnaka Gang posed a threat to his village by demanding a share of their nysillin crop. To defend against these pirates, Midagatis enlisted the services of four bounty hunters: Sugi, Embo, Rumi Paramita, and Seripas. Subsequently, following a crash landing in the vicinity, the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano also offered their assistance. After aiding the villagers in acquiring combat skills and successfully repelling the Ohnaka Gang, Midagatis expressed his gratitude to both the Jedi and the bounty hunters before departing to supervise the reconstruction efforts in the village.
The character of Casiss Midagatis was voiced by Gregory Baldwin in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode titled "Bounty Hunters."
