CorDuro Shipping was a significant trading enterprise with operations primarily in the Corellian and Duro sectors.
The company operated a transport fleet, with many vessels in questionable condition. Based on Duro, the organization also maintained a sizable security contingent (though not particularly well-trained) at its main headquarters, situated in the orbital city of Bburru above Duro. The uniquely triangular CorDuro logo was a simple identifier for vehicles belonging to their fleet. Durgard Brarun held the position of vice-director.
In the year 13 ABY, CorDuro Shipping assumed control of the Pri-Andylan shipyards. During the Yuuzhan Vong War in 26 ABY, Jedi Tresina Lobi and Thrynni Vae uncovered connections between CorDuro Shipping and the Peace Brigade, leading to Thrynni's murder by the Brigade. Jedi Masters Luke Skywalker, Mara Jade Skywalker, Jacen Solo, and Jaina Solo initiated a clandestine investigation into Thrynni's disappearance, which was punctuated by a failed abduction attempt on Jacen Solo, thwarted by a renegade Sunesi priest. Despite this, Luke successfully obtained information about Thrynni, revealing the young apprentice's demise. This effort proved largely ineffective, however, as Warmaster [Tsavong Lah](/article/tsavong_lah] fed the majority of CorDuro's leadership to Sgauru and Tu-Scart.
