Agaris, situated at the border of Wild Space, was a planet characterized by a moist and humid environment; it served as the adopted homeworld for the Agarian species. In the era of the Clone Wars, Tualon Yaluna's company strategically utilized Agaris as a cover to conceal their advance toward Olgothon 3 while on a mission to locate Ginntho. Prior to the birth of their child, Lina, the cartographers Auric and Rhyssa Graf made a journey to this world. In the reign of Emperor Palpatine, Agaris was the location of an Imperial mining compound. The Empire established this mining compound with the goal of extracting quadanium for the construction of the Death Star, a battle station equipped with a weapon capable of obliterating entire planets.
