A LEGO short film, existing outside of canon, titled "All I Want For Life Day" was released online on November 5, 2020.
Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, both Jedi Generals, are observing a hologram depicting General Grievous disembarking from his Belbullab-22 heavy starfighter, known as the Soulless One, where he is met by a quartet of B1-series battle droids. Kenobi is in discussion of these happenings with two clone troopers belonging to the 501st Legion, while Skywalker employs the Force to arrange decorations in celebration of Life Day. One of these decorations slips from his control and lands upon Kenobi's head. Despite Kenobi's displeasure, Skywalker presents him with a new red sweater, which Kenobi dons over his customary Jedi robes.
As Kenobi and the troopers proceed with their discussion regarding the hologram, Skywalker offers Kenobi another gift, specifically a blue double-bladed lightsaber. Overjoyed, Kenobi activates it, but the lower blade inadvertently cleaves the hologram table in two. Kenobi becomes annoyed with Skywalker, who walks away feeling disheartened. Subsequently, Skywalker presents yet another gift – a Marksman-H training remote, which begins to fly around, firing upon both Jedi and the clones. Its chaotic behavior persists until Skywalker leaps onto it while holding the gift box.
Kenobi is once more frustrated; however, Skywalker gets an idea while observing the hologram of Grievous. While Kenobi is pacing, Skywalker brings yet another present, this time the largest one so far. He opens the box to reveal the cyborg General Grievous, adorned with a red bow. Grievous removes the bow and activates his four lightsabers. Skywalker throws the double-bladed lightsaber to Kenobi, initiating a duel with Grievous. Skywalker uses the Force to repel Grievous, who then notices a pair of shiny All Terrain Reconnaissance Transports. He enters one and flees, laughing as he goes. Skywalker and Kenobi are left alone in a significantly damaged room. Kenobi then gives Skywalker a gift of his own – the same sweater that Skywalker had previously given him. The two share a laugh, enjoying the holiday.
The clone troopers featured in the short bear a resemblance to the clone jetpack troopers from the 2020 LEGO Star Wars: The Clone Wars set named 501st Clone Troopers. However, these troopers are not equipped with jetpacks. The All Terrain Recon Transports also seem to originate from the set. Furthermore, Anakin Skywalker is seen wearing a sweater displaying the starbird symbol, despite his lack of affiliation with the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
