Arim Meensa served as a pilot of an Imperial V-wing starfighter, attaining the rank of Wing Leader in 14 BBY. This individual, along with the pilots under his command, demonstrated allegiance to Colonel Belkor Dray, the administrator of Ryloth representing Moff Delian Mors. In the course of the Mission to Ryloth, Belkor deceived Meensa and the other pilots, falsely claiming that Mors was involved in a plot to assassinate Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader. However, Mors successfully turned Meensa to her side, persuading him of Belkor's disloyalty. Subsequently, Meensa and his squadron aided Mors in finding the two Sith Lords and eliminated Belkor's reconnaissance vessel, resulting in the death of the rogue officer.
