Bella, a Twi'lek of the female gender, held the rank of lieutenant serving under Captain Cavik Toth within the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the period known as the Clone Wars. During the year 22 BBY, she took to the skies in her personal assault transport and was in command of the destroyer named Reaver.
Serving as Cavik Toth's most relied upon lieutenant, Bella was in charge of supervising the trial of Toth's novel weapon, Trihexalon, at Point Modie located on the planet Maramere. The intervention of Jedi Master Adi Gallia and Reti occurred to safeguard the innocent inhabitants. Even though the test results indicated a successful outcome, Bella expressed a desire to obliterate the city entirely. Nevertheless, Adi Gallia successfully prevented any further extensive harm to the city.
Subsequently, Bella found herself aboard the Sabaoth Destroyer Reaver, initiating a salvage operation targeting the Orbital Defense Cannon. However, the Lok Revenants shared the same objective, leading to a fierce competition for the components. Despite losing possession of all the parts, Bella had anticipated such a scenario and had a contingency plan in place. She dispatched a pair of Sabaoth Frigates in an attempt to impede the Tritus's journey towards Lok, but this endeavor also proved unsuccessful. Subsequently, she accompanied Toth to Lok, where they prepared to confront the Lok Revenants. However, the pirates had strategically positioned the Orbital Defense Cannon on one of Lok's moons, known as Khons, thereby initiating the Second Battle of Lok.
Following the collapse of the defenses and the destruction of the foundry by Nym, Lieutenant Bella opted to engage Nym directly in combat utilizing her personal assault transport. Despite possessing superior firepower, she met her demise during an aerial engagement with Nym.
Sharing traits with Toth, Bella exhibited cruelty and a lack of empathy. She remained resolute in her determination to annihilate Point Modie using the Trihexalon, despite the weapon test having already yielded satisfactory conclusions. While capable of devising backup strategies in case of setbacks, she displayed intolerance towards failure, referring to her subordinates as 'incompetent worms' and threatening them with the statement: "if you want to live another day kill them all". Similar to Toth, she appeared unwilling to concede defeat, even when facing inevitable circumstances.
There exist a couple of methods to overcome Bella. One approach involves engaging her in aerial combat; the alternative entails patiently waiting for her vessel to decelerate to a near standstill, enabling targeting with the Orbital Defense Cannon. While this requires precise timing, successful execution results in a direct hit from the cannon, leading to the destruction of her ship. The name "Bella" translates to "Beauty" in the Italian language.
