Bokar was a humanoid Sith character. He was in service to Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire during the time of the Second Imperial Civil War. In the year 137 ABY, Bokar, along with a Sith named Yuln, were dispatched to the planet of Agamar. Their mission was to locate any surviving adversaries after a battle that had occurred between Sith forces and a combined group of Jedi and Imperial Knights. After the Sith's assault on Agamar, three days passed before Bokar and Yuln met their end. They were killed by Jedi Master Rasi Tuum and the Imperial Knight Azlyn Rae, respectively.

During the Second Imperial Civil War, Bokar, a humanoid Sith, was a member of Darth Krayt's Sith Order, also known as the Dark Lord of the Sith. In 138 ABY, Sith–Imperial forces launched an attack on the planet of Agamar with the intention of either capturing or killing Roan Fel, the exiled Emperor. Following the battle, Bokar and another Sith named Yuln were sent to Agamar's surface to search for Fel, and to eliminate any remaining Imperial Knights and Jedi who had survived.
While searching for survivors three days after the attack on Agamar, Yuln told Bokar that all of the remaining Jedi and Imperial Knights had died. They then started to argue about how strong the Sith, Jedi, and Imperial Knights were who died during the battle. However, Jedi Master Rasi Tuum interrupted them and killed Bokar. Azlyn Rae, an Imperial Knight, then surprised and killed Yuln.

Bokar was convinced that the deaths of every Jedi and Imperial Knight on Agamar showed that the Sith were better than both groups. He also thought that the Sith who died in the fighting were "weaklings" who should be kicked out of the One Sith. This humanoid had long black hair and yellow irises with red around them, which was common for people who used the dark side of the Force.
Red and black Sith tattoos covered Bokar's body, and he had a piercing in his left ear. This Sith wore black armor along with a black cloak and robes. He also had his own lightsaber.
John Ostrander, the writer of the Star Wars: Legacy comic series, brought Bokar into the story in the first issue of the Extremes story arc. Jan Duursema did the pencils for this issue, which came out on May 26, 2010.
