Bronzium was a material of a bronze hue, suitable for sculpting statues. During his tenure as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic, the Sith Lord Darth Sidious maintained a collection of bronzium statues depicting the Four Sages of Dwartii within his office on Coruscant. Upon his ascension to Galactic Emperor, Sidious relocated these statues to his new living space in the Imperial Palace. The antiquated droid ME-8D9 possessed a finish enhanced with bronzium. Furthermore, bronzium found application in the creation of lightsabers. It also saw use in armor, exemplified by the attire of Zorii Bliss, and in weaponry, such as the barrels incorporated into Bliss's blasters. While enslaved by Jabba the Hutt, Leia Organa was compelled to don a dancing-girl costume that contained bronzium elements.
Within the canon video game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, bronzium is presented as the least expensive type of datacard, granting players access to a total of ten complimentary cards each day.
