The Czerka Offices on Citadel Station were situated within Residential Module 082 of the space station, which was located in orbit around Telos IV. By the year 3951 BBY, these offices were managed by Jana Lorso, who was in competition with the Ithorians for dominance over the Telosian Restoration Project. Additionally, they employed a droid receptionist identified as B-4D4-GE3.
During the Jedi Exile's visit to Citadel Station, Lorso approached her with a proposition to aid Czerka Corporation in their endeavor to seize control of the Restoration Project. Despite declining Czerka's offer, the Exile subsequently visited the Czerka offices, where she learned that Lorso had employed two escaped criminals to serve as Czerka security personnel on the Telosian surface. Later, acting on behalf of Chodo Habat, the Exile successfully persuaded B-4D4 to accompany her to the Ithorian compound for reprogramming. After being reprogrammed, B-4D4 returned to the Czerka offices and managed to access confidential files that revealed Czerka's corrupt activities on the station. As a consequence of this exposed information, Czerka was compelled to depart from the planet.
If the Exile opts for the dark side alignment in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, they will assist Czerka in sabotaging the Ithorians and assassinating Loppak Slusk of the Exchange.
The sign displayed above the office entrance, written in Aurebesh, contains a spelling error, reading "The Cerka Corporation."
