The Coruscant Security Force Staff and Social Club, alternatively referred to as the CSF Social Club or CSF Bar, functioned as both a restaurant and a bar. It was situated within Galactic City on the planet Coruscant, and its primary clientele consisted of police officers belonging to the Coruscant Security Force. Notably, the Social Club served as a meeting place for CSF Captain Jaller Obrim and his close confidant, Sergeant Kal Skirata. Furthermore, the location hosted a special celebratory event for members of the Special Operations Brigade, specifically Arca Company, following a mission focused on dismantling several terrorist networks.
By 21 BBY, the Coruscant Security Force Social Club had become a well-established restaurant and bar within Galactic City on the planet Coruscant. This exclusive establishment was primarily reserved for police officers of the Coruscant Security Force. However, exceptions were made for non-officers who received an invitation from a CSF officer. The Social Club featured a variety of spaces, including open areas, private booths, a general bar, and a separate bar specifically for senior officers.
In 21 BBY, GAR Sergeant Kal Skirata of the Special Operations Brigade convened with CSF Captain Jaller Obrim at the CSF Social Club. Their discussion centered on the potential existence of a security breach within their respective organizations, prompted by the compromise of one of their operations by terrorists. Several months afterward, following the successful rooting out of terrorist cells operating on Coruscant, a celebratory reception took place at the Social Club. The CSF's Anti-Terrorism Unit and Organized Crime Unit jointly hosted the event to honor the clone commandos of Arca Company and their contributions to neutralizing the terrorist threat. During the celebration, the clone troopers recited the Dha Werda Verda poem for the CSF officers.
Later that same evening, Jedi Knight Etain Tur-Mukan confided in Kal Skirata, revealing her love for Darman Skirata, a clone commando, and her pregnancy with his child. This revelation deeply affected Kal Skirata, prompting him to begin formulating a plan to provide his troops with the opportunity for a normal life after the conclusion of the Clone Wars. He engaged in a lengthy discussion with Obrim about this matter, continuing into the early hours of the morning after the party had concluded. During the time of the Galactic Alliance, the CSF bar remained operational. In 41 ABY, in the wake of the arrest of Chief of State Cal Omas for treason against the Galactic Alliance, stories of Omas's courage during the arrest were shared among the officers present at the bar.
The CSF Social Club made its initial appearance in Republic Commando: Triple Zero, a novel penned by Karen Traviss and released in 2006.
