Decrepit starport

The aging starport, a spaceport constructed within a rocky landscape, resided in Tatooine's Western Dune Sea—a desert area on the planet. By the time 3 ABY arrived, the spaceport had deteriorated significantly and was under the control of a pirate organization. In the year 3 ABY, a pirate operative pilfered a Sarlacc tooth from the scoundrel Kay Vess, who had discovered it within a deceased Sarlacc located in the Western Dune Sea. Vess pursued the pirate back to the starport, where she successfully reclaimed the tooth. Subsequently, she bartered it with the Jawa Entip in return for a laser turret to outfit her EML-850 light freighter, known as the Trailblazer. In that same year, she employed her fusioncutter to breach a secured section of the starport, obtaining the necessary components to apply a sandstorm finish to the Trailblazer.
