Dhanduese Drum

Dhanduese Drums were a dish that featured roasted tip-yip drumsticks of a brown hue. These drumsticks were covered in a special spice rub crafted by the Dhanduese species, who are avian in nature. A green garnish completed the presentation. The Artiodac chef known as Strono Tuggs created this culinary delight after his visit to the homeworld of the Dhanduese, specifically the third moon orbiting the planet Dhandu. This visit occurred during a gastronomic tour of the galaxy that spanned from 34 ABY to 35 ABY.

Initially, Tuggs viewed the Dhanduese as a potential food source, but he soon realized their sentient nature and instead shared a meal with them. His Dhanduese hosts gifted him the spice rub, which he later used to season the drumsticks. The recipe for Dhanduese Drums was then included in his third cookbook, titled The Ultimate Cookbook, which saw publication in 35 ABY. Within the cookbook's pages, Tuggs praised the drumsticks' rich flavor, stating they would forever remind him of the Dhanduese people. He suggested serving them atop Pasaana Battercakes for an intense flavor experience.
