Dice Ibegon, a Lamproid known to wield the Force, was a devoted member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Her romantic partner was Lak Sivrak, and she played a key role in his decision to join the Alliance's cause. In 0 BBY, she frequented Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina on the planet of Tatooine, where she was observed sitting across from a Pacithhip named Ketwol.

During the Galactic Civil War, Dice Ibegon, a female Lamproid, fought for the Alliance to Restore the Republic against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Her relationship with Lak Sivrak, a Shistavanen and former Imperial scout, blossomed into a romance, and she successfully persuaded him to join the Alliance's ranks.
Ibegon spent time in 0 BBY at Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina, located within the city of Mos Eisley on the desert planet Tatooine. She occupied a booth in the cantina, seated with the Pacithhip known as Ketwol. Ketwol was sharing a drink of Merenzane Gold with Arleil Schous, a Defel, and Kardue'sai'Malloc, a Devaronian. Ibegon communicated with Ketwol in Lamproid, while the Pacithip responded in Shimiese. Shortly thereafter, an incident at the bar led to Luke Skywalker, a local moisture farmer, being forcibly thrown into the table adjacent to Ibegon's group by the criminals Cornelius Evazan and Ponda Baba.
Sometime after 34 ABY, the Graf Archive restored, expanded upon, and displayed a journal created by an artist, which mentioned Ibegon.
Ibegon, being Force-sensitive, was a Lamproid distinguished by her brown skin.
The character of Dice Ibegon made her debut appearance in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, a film released in 1977 and part of the original trilogy.
