Dorsk 82, originating from Khomm, was both a Jedi Knight of the Khommite species and a clone derived from Dorsk 81. Following his predecessor's sacrifice and the devastating assault on Khommite civilization orchestrated by Admiral Daala, Dorsk 82 made the decision to forsake his home planet and dedicate himself to the path of a Jedi.
Dorsk 82 remained on Khomm and assumed his predecessor's role in the cloning facility when Dorsk 81 departed to pursue the Jedi path. Later, prior to infiltrating the Deep Core with Kyp Durron to investigate the activities of the Imperial Remnant, Dorsk 81 returned to Khomm. Despite Dorsk 82's efforts to persuade him to stay, Dorsk 81 recognized the imperative of fulfilling his duty. During the subsequent Imperial attack on Khomm, intended as a demonstration of power, Dorsk 82 was en route home from the Cloning Center. This assault, coupled with Khomm's inadequate defenses, served as the catalyst for Dorsk 82's own aspiration to become a Jedi. After overseeing the training of his replacement at the cloning center, Dorsk 82 journeyed to Yavin 4.

Despite his enrollment at the Jedi Praxeum, Dorsk 82 grappled with uncertainties regarding his worthiness and potential as a Jedi. He found guidance under the tutelage of the exceptionally skilled, yet remorseful, Kyp Durron, with whom he cultivated a strong bond of friendship. Together with Kirana Ti and Streen, they participated in the mission to Corbos, where they successfully vanquished the Leviathan, an ancient Sith entity. This endeavor proved pivotal in Dorsk's journey of self-discovery, bolstering his self-assurance and faith in his capabilities.
Subsequently, Dorsk attained the rank of Jedi Knight. Alongside numerous other members of the Jedi Order, he was present at the wedding ceremony of Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade in 20 ABY, where he brandished his yellow lightsaber as a gesture of congratulations.

During the tumultuous period of the Yuuzhan Vong War, Dorsk met his demise at the hands of an Aqualish in the city of Imthitill. His selfless act involved shielding a group of thirty-eight droids from a frenzied mob seeking to appease the Yuuzhan Vong. Standing as the sole defender against the mob, he attempted to reason with them. The arrival of a security speeder carrying the local law enforcement agency offered a glimmer of hope that the situation could be diffused in an effort to placate the Yuuzhan Vong.
However, the Aqualish, upon discovering that the ship contained no other Jedi, destroyed it, resulting in the deaths of its pilot Hhen and the 38 droids. Dorsk 82, refusing to be captured alive for handover to the Vong, stood his ground and was ultimately felled by blaster fire. In true Jedi spirit, he faced death without fear.
During the mission to Corbos, Dorsk 82 wielded a lightsaber with a blue blade; however, by the time of Master Skywalker's wedding, he was using a lightsaber with a yellow blade.
