This group was made up exclusively of Sugis, each donned in cybernetics -- specifically, a "powersuit" -- except for Endente, who was the leader of the arms dealers. His second-in-command, Chong, and the leader were the only Sugi arms dealers capable of speaking and comprehending Galactic Basic Standard.
Around the time that Ahsoka Tano left the Jedi Order, these arms dealers had a massive kyber crystal stored aboard their vessel. Count Dooku, the Head of State for the Confederacy, intended to buy the crystal; however, the Jedi investigating the death of Tu-Anh also made their desire for the crystal known.
