Eron, a female being, lived during the Imperial Era. Around the time of 2 BBY, she and her female significant other, Rhee, became aunts to the child named Laina, who was born to the civilian Ryland and the human Fiona. In 1 BBY, Ryland, then a member of the Rebel Alliance, requested that the pair take Laina into their care, desiring a safe upbringing for her. Eron and Rhee accepted, with plans to raise the child on the planet of Alderaan.

During the Galactic Empire's rule, the woman known as Eron was alive and associated with the Rebel Alliance. She and her female partner, Rhee, became aunts to Laina, a child, following Laina's birth to the civilian Ryland and the human Fiona at approximately 2 BBY. In that year, after Duggan, an Imperial officer, killed Fiona, Eron and Rhee assisted Laina and Ryland in escaping their home mining colony situated on an Outer Rim moon. Subsequently, the women introduced Ryland to the Rebel Alliance, which he then joined.
While living at an Alliance military base located on the moon Yavin 4 in 1 BBY, Ryland asked Eron and Rhee to care for Laina, so she could grow up in a safer environment than the base. The two agreed, and they planned to bring up the young girl on the planet of [Alderaan](/article/alderaan]. On the night of Laina's departure, Ryland recorded a message for his daughter to watch when she was older, assuring her that she would be loved and cherished by her aunts, who would someday tell her about her origins. Soon after, Laina boarded the transport Echo Delta One to leave Yavin and meet Rhee and Eron at her new home. However, within a matter of days, Alderaan was destroyed by the Galactic Empire's Death Star battle station.
Eron was an ally of the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War and was responsible for introducing Ryland to the organization after assisting him in fleeing from his home colony. She deeply cared for her niece, Laina, and was willing to take care of her at Ryland's request, raising her in a peaceful environment alongside Rhee, her beloved partner.
Eron was mentioned in "Laina," a short story for the 2017 From a Certain Point of View anthology collection, penned by Wil Wheaton. Wheaton confirmed the romantic relationship between Eron and Rhee in a Tumblr post, clarifying his intention for the aunts to be portrayed as a couple.
