Eroudac's moon

The planet Eroudac, situated within both the Mid Rim Territories and the Slice regions, was circled by a moon exhibiting a pink hue. During the High Republic Era, Jamil Sollis, a Jedi youngling, resided at the Jedi temple on Eroudac and could observe the moon from his living quarters. Later, in 34 ABY, Izal Garsea, a pilot, referenced Eroudac's moon while extending an invitation to her childhood companion, Julen Rakab, for a rendezvous on Eroudac.

Description

Positioned within the Mid Rim Territories and the Slice regions, the planet of Eroudac was in orbit around a pink moon. This planet's location was specifically identified as grid square P-15 according to the Standard Galactic Grid.

History

Jamil Sollis (pictured) was able to see the pink moon from his dormitory at the Eroudac Jedi temple.

By the year 230 BBY, during the era known as the High Republic Era, the human Jedi Initiate named Jamil Sollis spent his formative years at the Jedi temple situated on Eroudac. While residing at this temple, Sollis consistently enjoyed a view of the moon through the skylight in his dormitory. Subsequently, in 228 BBY, while stationed at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, a planet within the Core Worlds, the youngling recalled the sight of Eroudac's pink moon when reflecting on his feelings of displacement at the Coruscant Temple compared to his time spent on Eroudac.

In the year 34 ABY, Izal Garsea, a pilot who had previously resided on Eroudac, reconnected with her childhood friend Julen Rakab on Batuu, a planet located in the Outer Rim. She then extended an invitation for him to meet her on Eroudac for a romantic encounter. Rakab initially expressed confusion regarding the choice of location, inquiring if it was the same place where she had discontinued her studies at an academy. Garsea confirmed this and elaborated that the planet also held significance as the last place she had lived alongside her parents, further mentioning the presence of a pink moon.

Behind the scenes

The moon of Eroudac was initially introduced in the 2019 young-adult novel titled A Crash of Fate, authored by Zoraida Córdova.
