A human female named Erta was romantically involved with Moona during the age of the High Republic Era. Not long before the Battle of Jedha in 382 BBY, Moona made a promise to Piralli that she would introduce him to Erta.
Erta and the Twi'lek Moona crossed paths and eventually became girlfriends in the time of the High Republic Era. Piralli, a friend of Moona, observed that Moona's visits to the tapbar called Enlightenment decreased after she began her relationship with Erta.
Erta and Moona arranged to meet at the Enlightenment tapbar located on the moon of Jedha in 382 BBY. Piralli, a Sullustan who worked at the dock, spoke about their mutual friend Keth Cerepath and his excessive time spent with Silandra Sho. This conversation took place shortly before the Battle of Jedha. When Piralli mentioned San Tekka as Cerepath's new acquaintance, Moona responded by stating she also had a friend she wished Piralli to meet.
Erta was initially referenced in the first installment of the short story titled "Tales of Enlightenment: No Such Thing as a Bad Customer" and made her first appearance in the subsequent part. George Mann authored the story, which was featured in issues 217th and 218th of Star Wars Insider on March 14 and May 2, 2023, respectively, as a component of Phase II of Star Wars: The High Republic.
