The First Order delivery service functioned as a mailing service for the First Order and was operational on the supertanker fuel depot Colossus around 34 ABY. During that year, Flix and Orka, who were business partners, concealed themselves within a crate along with the pit droid G-LN and their gorg pet, Bitey. They were located in their place of business on the Colossus, the Office of Acquisitions, and were attempting to escape from the First Order.
The duo anticipated that the First Order delivery service would transport the crate to Flix's mother's residence on the world Talivar, and they remained inside the container for a number of days. However, before long, the platform was submerged beneath the oceans of the planet Castilon. Kazuda Xiono, a spy for the Resistance, discovered the pair inside the crate and told them what had occurred, leading to Flix and Orka's disappointment because their plan to use the First Order delivery service for transport was ruined.
