Seventh Fleet (Galactic Alliance)

The Seventh Fleet constituted a key element within the nine primary interstellar combat groups comprising the navy of the Galactic Alliance administration during the Second Galactic Civil War, specifically in the year 40 ABY.

Alongside the Eighth Fleet, the Seventh Fleet represented one of two Hapan fleets that were integrated into the structure of the Galactic Alliance Navy.

Its participation was recorded at the Battle of Kuat, where its strategic role involved an attempted flanking maneuver against the Confederation Fleet.

Ultimately, the Seventh and Eighth Fleets shifted their allegiance away from the Galactic Alliance when the Hapes Consortium aligned itself with the Jedi Coalition. Subsequently, these fleets engaged in combat at the Second Battle of Roche, fighting alongside the Alliance-in-exile, the Maw Irregular Fleet, and the Confederation fleets; meanwhile, the Hapan Home Fleet remained stationed within the confines of the Hapes Cluster.
