Halden Wes

Halden Wes, a male Human journalist working for the Corellia Times, resided on Corellia during the era of the Galactic Civil War.

Biography

Following the Battle of Yavin, Halden Wes operated from Coronet, the capital city of Corellia. He aided fellow journalist Vani Korr as she investigated the Meatlump criminals, who were fanatically opposed to technology.

In the year 1 ABY, Wes began collaborating with a spacer, a previous associate of Vani Korr, aiming to pinpoint the location of the Meatlump Hideout. Wes dispatched the spacer both within Corellia and beyond, tasking the spacer with locating Meatlump camps. The adventurer discovered Meatlump outposts near Tyrena, Kor Vella, and Doaba Guerfel on Corellia, as well as Nashal on Talus, Theed and Moenia on Naboo, Narmle on Rori, Nym's Stronghold on Lok, and near Wayfar and Mos Taike on Tatooine. Wes and the spacer came to the realization that the Meatlumps had amassed significant quantities of supplies, including food, weaponry, and explosives, at these encampments. Given the apparent plans for major operations across these various worlds, the spacer advocated for alerting the authorities. However, Wes, driven by ambition, suggested that they, and the Corellia Times, could gain recognition by thwarting the Meatlumps' schemes. Ultimately, the reporter offered the adventurer substantial payment to raid the Meatlump camps. Consequently, the spacer journeyed to these planets, launching attacks on the Meatlumps and plundering their encampments.
