In this role, he supervised the communications experts responsible for analyzing HoloNet and subspace transmissions. Their mission was to identify patterns and extract valuable intelligence for the Rebel Alliance Intelligence Service. Airen Cracken regarded him as the most reliable individual when it came to intercepting Imperial communications. He furnished Cracken with a report detailing various Imperial superweapons.
He also presented Davits Draven with a report outlining his opinions regarding the connections between Geonosis and the development of an Imperial superweapon. Cracken assigned him the task of developing a theoretical design for a superweapon powered by a kyber crystal. Delto and his team deduced that the Empire might construct a squadron of vessels, each equipped with smaller cannons, which collectively would possess greater destructive power than a singular, moon-sized planet-destroying weapon. During the Battle of Endor, Haxen Delto held a leadership position among the Alliance forces. His systematic manner proved to be advantageous for everyone.
