Hennix's lightsaber
A lightsaber with a blue blade was once the weapon of Hennix, a male Quarren strong in the Force, who became a member of the Jedi Order under the tutelage of Jedi Master Luke Skywalker. Hennix utilized this lightsaber when he and his fellow Padawans were hunting Ben Solo. Following his death inflicted by Solo, his lightsaber was claimed by Voe, a fellow padawan.
History
In the year 28 ABY, following Ben Solo's destruction of Luke Skywalker's Jedi Temple, Hennix, together with fellow Padawans Tai and Voe, confronted Ben. They activated their lightsabers to engage him in combat. During their brief confrontation, Hennix sustained injuries, enabling Solo to escape without providing any explanations.
The three Padawans swiftly pursued Ben to an outpost situated on Elphrona, where they engaged in a duel on a cliffside. As Solo attempted to eliminate Voe using a Force push, Hennix hurled his lightsaber at him. However, Ben swiftly redirected the lightsaber, resulting in Hennix's death. After Solo departed, leaving Voe and Tai on Elphrona, they resolved to continue their pursuit of Solo, with Voe retrieving Hennix's lightsaber after her own was broken in two.
Wielding Hennix's lightsaber, Voe successfully tracked Solo to the Minemoon due to the Force connection shared between him and Tai. Voe engaged in a duel with Ren and fought his knights on the Minemoon, while Tai confronted Ben. After both Ren and Tai met their demise, Voe attempted to retrieve her lightsaber following the battle. However, Ben seized it instead, before killing her with Ren's lightsaber.
Behind the scenes
The initial appearance of Hennix's lightsaber occurred in the Marvel Comics comic mini-series titled Star Wars: The Rise of Kylo Ren. This series was created by comic writer Charles Soule and featured illustrations by Will Sliney.
