Biography

Jedi Master Silandra Sho (pictured) killed Inoke during the Battle of Jedha.

During the High Republic Era, Inoke, a Kel Dor, was a follower of the Brotherhood of the Ninth Door, a religion that embraced the dark side of the Force. He resided in a temple located in the Holy City on the moon of Jedha, along with his fellow Brothers. In 382 BBY of that year, Inoke, accompanied by two other Brothers, Mytion and Baarla, found themselves on a city street when one of their speeders malfunctioned, causing a disturbance among the nearby crowd. Jedi Master Silandra Sho noticed the commotion, and after her acquaintance, Keth Cerepath, an adjunct of the Church of the Force, identified the Brothers of the Ninth Door, Sho approached them as they worked on the speeder. Offering her assistance, she pointed out that the speeder's intake regulator was not aligned correctly. Inoke, unaware of this issue, then hammered the intake regulator back into its proper position and instructed the other Brothers to start the speeder, which then functioned normally.

On the following day, amidst the chaos of the Battle of Jedha, Tilson Graf of the hyperspace-prospecting Graf family hired the Brothers of the Ninth Door to assassinate Sho. Graf hoped to prevent the Jedi from uncovering the conspiracy involving Graf, the Brothers, and the anti-Jedi Path of the Open Hand cult, who had all conspired to instigate the battle. Subsequently, Inoke, Mytion, and Baarla confronted Sho within the Dome of Deliverance in the Holy City, each wielding electrostaffs. Shortly after the confrontation began, Sho used her lightsaber to slash across Inoke's chest, resulting in his death, which caused Baarla to cry out his name. Sho then eliminated Baarla and eventually defeated Mytion with the assistance of Cerepath.
