Unidentified Iziz cantina

A cantina was situated within the Western Square of Iziz, which served as the capital city for the planet Onderon.

Before the eruption of the Onderon Civil War, Dhagon Ghent and his companions were frequent visitors to the Iziz Cantina. A swoop track was built beneath the city. Following the shooting of Captain Sullio after he left the cantina, Ghent was unjustly accused and promptly taken into custody. Meetra Surik and Mandalore Canderous Ordo, a friend of Ghent's, arrived at the cantina and, with the aid of Panar, a Beast Rider, Kiph, a slicer, and Nikko, another of Ghent's friends, were able to establish Ghent's innocence.

While inside the cantina, the Exile provided one of her starport visas to Xaart, a spy working for the Republic, even though Gormo and Sakarie, two other patrons, had also requested a visa. Later, Bakkel, a Beast Rider, launched an attack on the Exile when she requested one of her holodiscs to give to Ghent. Subsequently, with Ghent's assistance, the Exile set up a meeting with Kavar, a Jedi Master, but Colonel Tobin attempted to apprehend them during the meeting. Kavar used the force to stun Tobin's soldiers and escaped to the Iziz Royal Palace, while the Exile was forced to battle her way through the Western Square and the Merchant Quarter, before finally reaching the Iziz Starport, from which she fled back to Dxun.

Behind the scenes

The computer and video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords marked the initial appearance of the Iziz Cantina. Despite the cantina lacking a specific name, it is considered canonical.
