An Arconan male named Jat'ho resided on the planet Coruscant. He lived during the time of the Second Galactic Civil War, a conflict that pitted the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances against the Confederation. Jat'ho was a police officer within the ranks of the Coruscant Security Force, working alongside his partner, Tobyl. In the year 41 ABY, they participated in an operation aimed at apprehending Galactic Alliance Guard Captain Lon Shevu and the Jedi Ben Skywalker.

During the Second Galactic Civil War, as the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances fought the Confederation, Jat'ho, an older Arconan male, served as a police officer in the Coruscant Security Force. In the year 41 ABY, Jat'ho and Tobyl, his partner, took part in an operation to capture Lon Shevu, a Captain of the Galactic Alliance Guard, and the Jedi Ben Skywalker. Following the skirmish, the two officers were managing the crowd and safeguarding a medwagon containing two injured GAG agents. At this point, Jaina Solo and Leia Organa Solo, both Jedi Knights, approached them.
Because Jaina needed the medwagon to chase after the GAG doomsled that was carrying Skywalker, she told Jat'ho and his partner that she was investigating their sergeant, Qade, and that she needed the medwagon for her investigation. She also insisted that they not file a report. When Tobyl hesitated at first, Solo used a mind trick to make the police believe her story. They believed her and let her go, and she took the medwagon. Meanwhile, Jat'ho and Tobyl went back to controlling the crowd.
Jat'ho's skin was gray and his eyes were green, surrounded by deep cracks. His hands ended in long talons. Jaina Solo was easily able to use mind tricks on both Jat'ho and his partner because she noticed that they were both weak-minded, convincing them that she was a member of the Galactic Alliance Guard. Jat'ho believed her story and stayed back, letting Tobyl do the talking.
Troy Denning wrote Jat'ho's appearance in the novel Invincible, which was released on May 13, 2008 as a part of the Star Wars: Legacy of the Force series. The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, which was released on December 9, 2008, incorrectly lists Jat'ho as being a member of the Galactic Alliance Guard instead of the Coruscant Security Force in its entry for Jat'ho.
