Jocasta Nu's Delta-7B Aethersprite-class light interceptor

In the days that followed the declaration of the New Order, Jedi Master Jocasta Nu and the astromech Beetoo piloted a Delta-7B Aethersprite-class light interceptor, distinguished by its golden plating, from her hidden location to the depths of Coruscant. The purpose of this journey was for Chief Librarian Nu to infiltrate what was once the Jedi Temple, with the mission to obtain a list containing the names of Force-sensitive children scattered across the galaxy. As the Delta-7B Aethersprite-class light interceptor remained on standby during the perilous mission into the Imperial capital, Beetoo, fulfilling a prearranged agreement with Nu, alerted the Jedi archivist to the impending arrival of officers from the Coruscant underworld police. Following this warning, Beetoo then triggered an explosion that destroyed the vessel, tragically resulting in the death of everyone in the nearby aircraft shelter. This act was intended as the droid's ultimate act of selflessness to safeguard the Jedi. However, fate intervened, and the Imperial Security Bureau recovered the remains of both Beetoo and the Delta 7B.

With the evidence now in the possession of the Security Bureau, the case was brought to the attention of Darth Vader because the Jedi Order symbol on the starfighter had miraculously survived the destruction. In response, the Sith Lord made a personal visit to the ISB Central Office and, utilizing the Force, reassembled the wreckage. This act restored Beetoo and the Jedi starfighter to their original states. Immediately following this, a search began for a solitary Jedi on the world.
