The K-wing Expansion Pack enhances the Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Game produced by Fantasy Flight Games. This expansion includes a meticulously crafted miniature of the BTL-S8 K-wing assault starfighter. It became available on September 2, 2015, as a component of the game's seventh wave of expansions.

The K-wing, a heavily-armed bomber utilized by the Rebellion, was versatile enough to function as an escort or reconnaissance craft, and was often deployed for strafing runs against planetary installations and lumbering capital ships. Within the X-Wing game, the K-wing distinguishes itself with surprising acceleration, robust armor, and potent ordnance, making it ideal for swift hit-and-run tactics. With four shields and five hull points, it stands as one of the most resilient small-base fighters in the game, further enhanced by a primary turret weapon delivering an attack value of “2.” Notably, this ship introduces the innovative SLAM action, enabling rapid battlefield traversal for unprecedented bomb deployment speed. Beyond the pre-painted, 1/270 scale K-wing miniature, the K-wing Expansion Pack provides four ship cards and nine upgrades designed to significantly optimize your ordnance effectiveness.
