Star Wars: Legacy Volume 2 #6 represents the sixth installment in the Star Wars: Legacy comic book saga.
When news spreads regarding Sith being targeted and killed by a fellow Sith, Ania Solo and Imperial Knight Jao are determined to uncover the reasoning behind this.
The Empire, the Jedi Order, the Galactic Alliance, and the Imperial Knights themselves are the only obstacles standing in their path!
During the events of the Carreras Incident, Ania Solo, a junk dealer and a descendant of Han Solo, alongside her allies and the young Imperial Knight named Jao Assam, successfully rescued the Imperial Knight Yalta Val from an assassination attempt by the renegade Sith known as Darth Wredd. Ania's involvement has garnered the attention of the leadership within the Galactic Federation Triumvirate. On the planet Cadomai Prime, Darth Wredd tracks down and eliminates a member of the One Sith organization. His actions directly contradict the prevailing Sith strategy of infiltrating influential government and corporate positions within the Triumvirate. Consequently, the Triumvirate leadership takes notice of Darth Wredd's activities, ultimately deciding to leave him undisturbed, perceiving him as "assisting" them by eradicating One Sith infiltrators.
In a parallel narrative, Ania and her comrades are en route aboard the freighter of the assassin droid AG-37, accompanied by the seriously injured Jao Assam. While traversing the vast expanse of deep space, they are intercepted by the Star Destroyer known as the Animus. The Imperials extend hospitality to Ania and her companions, acknowledging their role in the rescue of Master Val within the Carreras system. Simultaneously, AG-37, who sustained significant damage during the Carreras Incident, undergoes repairs by a pair of Imperial Navy technicians. The engineers commend the craftsmanship of Sauk, a Mon Calamari engineer, prompting AG-37 to offer the impoverished Mon Calamari refugee a position aboard his ship as his dedicated engineer. Following a farewell to Ania, AG-37 and Sauk embark on a supply run aboard their freighter. During a visit to an unidentified planet, Sauk encounters another Mon Calamari refugee who informs him about a resettlement initiative on Dac, the afflicted homeworld of the Mon Calamari, Quarren, and Whaladon species.
Aboard the Animus, Master Val receives updated directives from Antares Draco, the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Knights. Master Val is reassigned to the position of Head of the Imperial Knights Training Facility located on Coruscant, with the responsibility of recruiting new members. Meanwhile, Jao Assam experiences a Force vision depicting the rogue Sith Darth Wredd launching an attack on Empress Marasiah Fel. Deeply troubled, Jao shares his concerns with Master Val, expressing his determination to pursue and apprehend the rogue Sith. However, Master Val reminds the younger Knight of his obligation to adhere to the Empress's orders, which entail reassignment to Coruscant for the upcoming cycle. Dissatisfied with the situation, Jao confides in Ania regarding his apprehensions about Darth Wredd. Following a thorough discussion, the two resolve to thwart Darth Wredd's plans. As they proceed to the hangar bay in search of transportation, they encounter Master Val accompanied by a squad of stormtroopers.
