Lenahra

Lenahra, situated at the farthest edges of the Outer Rim Territories within the Unknown Regions, was a terrestrial planet. This planet pulsed with potent life energy and possessed a certain degree of sentience, its entire ecosystem intimately interwoven via a substance referred to as the Power. The Jedi Order knew of Lenahra's existence before the High Republic Era; it was marked on a map etched into the walls of the library in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Sometime after the library's transformation into a banquet hall, Jedi Padawans Orla Jareni and Cohmac Vitus came across the Lenahra carving. Intrigued, Jareni journeyed to the planet after becoming a Wayseeker. Following a crash landing, she uncovered ruins of an ancient civilization that had previously inhabited Lenahra, a civilization that destroyed itself by discovering and misusing the Power. Jareni left behind a datachip documenting her discoveries, but died before she could make her return. Some years later, a settlement ship carrying a group of mixed-species colonists crash-landed on Lenahra, where they resided for a time. After several generations, they also discovered the Power within a cave reachable through the ground scar created by the first Lenahran civilization's arrival, causing the planet to retaliate against them. Most of the colonists opted to construct a makeshift starship and flee, but a faction refused to leave, choosing to conceal themselves and their children, remaining on Lenahra. The adults instructed the children in the harvesting and utilization of the Power, and this abuse of the stolen life force resulted in only twelve children and teenagers surviving out of the original thirty-eight within a few years. In 41 BBY, Jedi Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi found the map leading to Lenahra and ventured there, where he encountered the Lenahrans.

Behind the scenes

The 2023 canon reference work, Star Wars: Timelines, mistakenly identifies the planet as "Jolenra."
