Lifters, a game played using cards categorized into suits, was something Briala, a rebel operative, acquired a deck of for use between 2 BBY and 0 BBY. She and Lylee Anaraku, who was a Mirialan, intended to engage in a game of Lifters on the CR90 corvette named Thunderstrike, subsequent to a mission on the planet Allst Prime. While they were on Allst Prime, Anaraku also extended an invitation to Brand, a rebel trooper, to participate in their game.
The short story "Inbrief," authored by Janine K. Spendlove, which appeared in Star Wars Insider 161 on November 10, 2015, included a reference to Lifters.
