Lyn Me was a female Twi'lek entertainer who danced and provided backing vocals alongside Sy Snootles, Greeata Jendowanian, and Rystáll Sant within the Max Rebo Band at the Palace belonging to Jabba the Hutt.
Having spent her early life on the harsh northern continent of the planet Ryloth, Me was liberated from slavery by Boba Fett, leading her to idolize and develop romantic feelings for him. She possessed significant skill in the traditional dances of her Twi'lek culture.

To pursue her career as a singer and dancer, Lyn Me became a member of the Max Rebo Band. Her extensive career included performing in the palace of Jabba the Hutt, a notable crime lord, during the Galactic Civil War. Not long before members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic executed a rescue operation to free Han Solo from Jabba's clutches, Lyn Me and her fellow musicians entertained Jabba's court with the song "Jedi Rocks". This performance caught the eye and affection of the renowned bounty hunter Boba Fett.
Me, along with the other band members, were greatly impressed when Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker defeated Jabba's rancor. She imagined that he had done so to avenge Oola, a fellow Twi'lek dancer, for being fed to the creature by Jabba.
The character of Lyn Me was played by Dalyn Chew. She was incorporated into the expanded musical sequence featured in the Special Edition of Return of the Jedi.
