N'zoth
Within the Koornacht Cluster's Farlax sector, orbiting in the N'zoth system as its fifth planet, existed N'zoth. It served as the original homeworld for the Yevetha species.
Characteristics

The planet N'zoth presented as an arid world, featuring both standard gravitational pull and an atmosphere that most sapient beings could breathe without issue. The notoriously brutal and xenophobic Yevetha race represented the only intelligent inhabitants of the world, although other indigenous lifeforms, such as the siringana, displayed comparable levels of ruthlessness and brutality. Giat Nor functioned as the primary capital, not only for N'zoth itself but also later for the Duskhan League. The planet also functioned as the central headquarters for Nazfar Metalworks.
History
During the era of the Galactic Republic, including the duration of the Clone Wars, N'zoth remained consistently within the Republic's sphere of influence. Following the elimination of the Separatist Council on Mustafar and the subsequent capitulation of the CIS, N'zoth transitioned automatically under the dominion of the Galactic Empire.
Under the Galactic Empire's rule, N'zoth housed Black Fifteen, an Imperial orbital shipyard. This shipyard was eventually seized by Yevethan rebels, many of whom had previously been employed at the facility.
Following a period marked by genocidal and xenocidal expansionist actions, coupled with intricate political machinations, the Yevetha ultimately engaged in violent conflict with the New Republic. The Battle of N'zoth represented the culminating point of the Black Fleet Crisis.
Subsequently, the Yuuzhan Vong initiated an offensive against N'zoth, prompted by information obtained from the Fia of Galantos indicating that the Yevetha might constitute a threat to their flank. The Yuuzhan Vong ravaged N'zoth and brought about a devastating collapse of Yevethan society by systematically hunting them throughout the Koornacht Cluster, ultimately reducing them to an endangered state.
In the course of the Second Galactic Civil War, N'zoth became the venue for a meeting between Luke Skywalker and Admiral Cha Niathal. This meeting served as the genesis for the formation of an alliance directed against Darth Caedus.
Behind the scenes
A typographical error occurs in the Star Wars: Legacy of the Force novel Legacy of the Force: Revelation, where N'zoth is incorrectly rendered as N'Zoth. Despite this, The Essential Atlas also occasionally uses this spelling.
