An informer, working for the Hutt Cartel, secretly provided information to Pan Eyta, a Tempest Runner of the Dowutin Nihil, during the High Republic Era. Around 252 BBY, this informer tipped off Eyta about a glitterstim spice shipment that was being transported along the Roon way hyperspace route. Subsequently, the Dowutin shared this intelligence with Jinnix, a Colicoid holding the rank of Storm within his Tempest, tasking Jinnix with intercepting the cargo in the Abrion sector of the Outer Rim's.
This informer's existence was revealed through flashbacks in The High Republic: Tempest Runner, a 2021 audio drama authored by Cavan Scott. It was released as part of Phase I of the Star Wars: The High Republic project, a multimedia initiative.
