Papa was a male Hutt who married Mama. He fathered Ebor and Ziro, becoming the grandfather to Jabba, and great-grandfather to both Gorga and Rotta. He passed away sometime prior to the Clone Wars and was interred on the planet of Teth.
The Hutt named Papa was married to Mama and fathered Ebor along with Ziro Desilijic Tiure. Further, he was the grandfather of Jabba Desilijic Tiure and held the position of great-grandfather to Jabba's offspring, Rotta, as well as his nephew, Gorga Desilijic Aarrpo. At some point before the Clone Wars began, Papa departed from his family and subsequently met his end. Ziro eventually came to know of his father's fate, but he was unable to communicate to Mama that Papa had left and died.
The final resting place of Papa was on the planet Teth. Ziro possessed a Holodiary and kept it with the body, the diary's contents containing all the illicit activities of the Grand Hutt Council. Despite arriving at Teth and his father's burial site, Ziro was killed by Sy Snootles before he could utilize the Holodiary, which ultimately returned to the Hutt Council.
