Leia Organa brought about the reunion of the villages of Theenes and Peche.
Peche was a settlement located on the planet Krant. It was positioned to the west of the city of Theenes, separated by a wide ravine; the two locations were linked via three robust bridges. Within Peche's protective walls were a Command center, a Research Center, prefab shelters, and farms. In the year 0 ABY, both Peche and Theenees faced the threat of annihilation when the Imperials established two military outposts, namely Sagol and Kaxol. Their objective was to disrupt Rebel activities in Peche and Theenes by demolishing the bridges that connected them to the mainland.
However, Princess Leia Organa, along with the Jedi Echuu Shen-Jon, spearheaded a counterattack utilizing forces from a neighboring Krantian village. They successfully destroyed one of the Imperial camps, compelling the other to retreat. Subsequently, Peche and Theenes joined forces and pledged their support to the Rebel Alliance.
Peche is a location featured in the 2001 video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds as part of the Leia Organa campaign. This campaign is also present in the game's 2002 expansion, Clone Campaigns. The player is presented with the choice of eliminating either Sagol or Kaxol; this article remains impartial to the player's decision, as it is a gameplay mechanic. Completion of the mission only requires the destruction of one camp, although the game's strategy guide, which was released prior to the game, suggests that players should prioritize Kaxol due to its proximity.
