A poem exists, written in the Voss' own language, created by the Voss species. This poem honors a Voss commando who met his death on the planet Voss when facing Jokull, the king of the enemy Gormak species. This commando, the husband of Tala-Reh (herself a commando), had willingly accepted his death at the command of the Mystic Valen-Da. Before being killed, he managed to kill twenty Gormak warriors. His wife, Tala-Reh, preferred this particular poem over all other songs and hymns composed to honor him after his passing. While collaborating with the Jedi, she recited it to the Jedi Knight called the Hero of Tython, as the Knight brought her memories of her husband, even though he was an outsider.
The poem was initially featured in the Jedi Knight class mission named "Vault of the Gormak King" inside Star Wars: The Old Republic, a video game that BioWare launched in 2011. Tala-Reh speaks the first part of the poem, and she will finish the rest if the player allows it.
