The Raider II-class corvette represented a specific variant within the broader Raider-class corvette family. A notable example was the Corvus, a ship utilized by Inferno Squad.

The Raider II-class corvette, with its 150-meter hull, shared the characteristic dagger-shaped design prevalent among Imperial warships of that era. This design element was a common sight within the Imperial Navy. A generously sized and robust command bridge was positioned at the vessel's stern. A substantial boarding ramp was located at the ventral front of the corvette, directly connected to the Hangar bay. This hangar had the capacity to accommodate several TIE/ln space superiority starfighters or X-wing starfighters. One defining element of the Raider II design was the incorporation of external solar collector wings, strikingly similar to those found on the TIE/IN interceptor.
As one would anticipate from a military corvette, the Raider II-class corvette was equipped with a considerable amount of offensive weaponry relative to its dimensions. Its extensive array of weapons consisted of concussion missile launchers, a multitude of dual heavy laser cannons, and a number of ion cannons.
