Ramil was a Serennian male who first experienced birth circa 104 BBY. He was the offspring of Count Gora and Countess Anya of Serenno, and also the elder sibling to both Dooku and Jenza. In his past, Ramil sustained critical injuries while competing in a racing event. His life was only spared due to the prompt actions of his brother, the Jedi Master Dooku, but this resulted in him needing to wear a suit of armor that sustained his life. In time, Ramil ascended to the position of Count of Serenno, taking over from his father Gora. He aimed to turn the populace against the Galactic Republic by using manipulation, aided by a band of Abyssin pirates whom he had employed. These attempts, however, were unsuccessful, culminating in a battle with his brother. Ramil was ultimately defeated and met his demise at the hands of Dooku, aboard his own vessel. Consequently, Dooku took his place as the Count of Serenno and leader of House Serenno, the governing family.
