Ribeiro

Captain Ribeiro served as the leader of the Rebel Alliance's Yellow Squadron as a skilled pilot during their war against the forces of the Galactic Empire. For the Battle of Endor, she selected Karie Neth, a fellow pilot, over Lanna, a technician, for participation in the starfighter squadron. On the day the battle took place, 4 ABY, Lanna assured Neth that Ribeiro's decision was correct.

During the confrontation, Ribeiro calmly gave orders to her second-in-command, Lieutenant Malena, and together they established a defensive perimeter at the entrance of the second Death Star space station's superstructure, preventing TIE fighters from attacking those inside. She then directed the remaining members of the squadron to clear a path, allowing Red and Gold Squadrons to safely exit the other side of the station. After the Alliance secured victory, Ribeiro expressed her congratulations to her squadron, advising those needing repairs to return to the Alliance flagship Home One, while the others were instructed to proceed to the surface of the moon Endor for celebratory events.
