Scuttlers represented the initial versions of All-terrain vehicles, created on Rekkana under the direction of Commodore Visler Korda. Ultimately, New Republic General Lando Calrissian, Rekk Chancellor Asera, and the bounty hunter Jaxxon liberated Rekkana.
