Following the demise of the Galactic Emperor Palpatine during the Battle of Endor, Commodore Visler Korda commanded a group of the splintered Galactic Empire. This group, based on the planet Rekkana at a work camp and factory, aimed to instill terror in the New Republic by using a fleet of weaponry produced through the enslavement and forced labor of the Rekk. General Lando Calrissian of the New Republic embarked on a journey to this world and freed the planet.
The military assets of this group featured Lambda-class T-4a shuttles, TIE/ln space superiority starfighters, and a fleet of auto-fighter drones produced by Imperial forces located on Rekkana. Furthermore, they engineered a novel all-terrain vehicle known as the scuttler. The ground troops consisted of Stormtroopers and Imperial officers.
