Shug Drabor

Shug Drabor, a renowned Anzellan engineer of the male persuasion, achieved legendary status. In the age known as the High Republic Era, he was in charge of the building process for multiple MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruisers, notably the Halcyon, at the Santhe Shipyards located on the planet Corellia.

Although Shug's birth occurred on Corellia, his formative years were mostly spent on Chandrila. His mother, a welder, instilled in him the conviction that a vessel's strength is directly related to the quality of its connections. As she aged, Shug began transporting her to and from the shipyards, also carrying other passengers, which gave him the idea to found the Chandrila Charter Company. This company eventually transformed into Chandrila Star Lines when Shug made the decision to move into the luxury starliner market.
