Siadem Forte, a male Human, was a Jedi Knight within the Jedi Order, serving during the declining years of the Galactic Republic. As the Clone Wars broke out across the galaxy, Forte rose to the rank of General in the Grand Army of the Republic, fighting bravely against the forces of the Separatist Droid Army. With the war's conclusion and the rise of the Galactic Empire, Forte was branded an outlaw and forced into hiding. In 19 BBY, he faced the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader, on Kashyyyk, where he met his end.
In a manner similar to many Jedi of his time, it is believed Siadem Forte was identified as Force-sensitive on his home planet and subsequently given to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant to be trained in the ways of the Force. After entering the academy there, Forte ultimately graduated and was chosen for an apprenticeship by a Master. Following years of learning as a Padawan, Forte successfully completed his Trials of Knighthood and was made a Knight by the Jedi High Council.
Forte, a man of stocky build and shorter stature, eventually chose the Togruta Deran Nalual to be his Padawan. While journeying through the galaxy, the pair was summoned back to the Temple on Coruscant when the Clone Wars began. There, Forte accepted the rank of General in the newly formed Grand Army of the Republic to fight against the Confederacy of Independent Systems' Droid Army. Over the three years of the conflict, Forte and Nalual fought alongside clone troopers, but they were taken by surprise when the Republic collapsed and its Supreme Chancellor issued Contingency Order 66 to the Grand Army, commanding them to eliminate their Jedi allies. Forte and Nalual managed to eliminate their clones before being overwhelmed, and Forte activated Emergency Code Nine Thirteen from his personal Jedi beacon on Dellalt, waiting in seclusion for any responders. When eight other Jedi arrived, Forte, being the oldest, took charge and led the group in commandeering an SX troop shuttle. As they fled the planet, they were pursued by ARC-170s and a light cruiser, resulting in the deaths of two Jedi. As they struggled through space, they encountered the Drunk Dancer, whose captain, Jula Shryne, offered them sanctuary.
The group, traveling on Shryne's ship, later grew with the arrival of Padawan Olee Starstone and her adopted Master, Roan Shryne. After a lengthy debate, Starstone convinced the Jedi to travel to Kashyyyk in order to find Grand Master Yoda. Upon arriving and speaking with the Wookiee leaders, the world was attacked by Sith Lord Darth Vader, who was hunting the fugitive Jedi. Forte, paired with Knight Iwo Kulka, joined forces with the Ho'Din and attacked Vader, but they were no match for him. After being struck in the shoulder and thigh, Forte and Kulka were both decapitated by Vader as they attempted to stand and fight. Although Master Shryne tried to defeat Vader using Forte's sapphire lightsaber, the weapon did not lead its new wielder to victory. While his Padawan and several other comrades managed to escape, Forte's memory was further tarnished when images of his corpse were used as anti-Jedi propaganda on the HoloNet.
Siadem was a trained Jedi Knight, skilled enough to survive the initial onslaught of Order 66, and he and his padawan managed to kill the clone troopers who betrayed them. During the Battle of Kashyyyk, he eliminated several stormtroopers and fought alongside Iwo Kulka against Vader, adapting his combat style throughout the duel. However, he was unable to inflict any harm on the Sith Lord and was easily defeated and killed.
