In 5 ABY, Conder Kyl, a slicer, used colored silvra-stone tiles as decorative elements in his apartment located on the planet Chandrila. During a visit to the apartment that year, Sinjir Rath Velus, previously an Imperial loyalty officer, observed the living space's minimalist design, taking note of the tiles, and thought Kyl possessed the talent to be a successful interior designer for the Galactic Empire.
The novel Aftermath: Empire's End, penned by Chuck Wendig in 2017 and serving as the third book in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy, featured silvra-stone.
