Sira Folsomn, a former employee of Tagge Corporation, turned into an operative for Crimson Dawn. The discovery of her covert activities led to a confrontation with Lapin Tagge, who was investigating employees compromised by the criminal organization. Subsequently, Lady Domina Tagge faced Folsomn, who unsuccessfully attempted to stab her former boss, ultimately meeting her death at Tagge's hand.
Sira Folsomn, a humanoid with distinct pointed ears, held the position of Assistant Packaging and Fulfillment Manager within Tagge Corporation's Division H14 on Korfo II during the Imperial Era under the Galactic Empire's reign. After dedicating seven years to the Tagge Corporation, she twice sought a promotion, both requests being denied. Folsomn developed the conviction that her contributions to the company were not adequately reciprocated. Crimson Dawn, a criminal syndicate experiencing a resurgence, approached her with an offer to become a spy within the Tagge Corporation, which she accepted.
Eventually, the Tagge Corporation uncovered Folsomn's affiliation with Crimson Dawn, leading to her summons before Lapin Tagge, the secretary to the company's leader, Lady Domina Tagge. Lapin proceeded to enumerate the charges against the spy, including unauthorized use of company resources for personal communication, theft of company intellectual property, and espionage, before inquiring about Folsomn's plea. Folsomn countered that she could not be convicted without a formal court hearing, to which Lapin retorted that it was merely a performance evaluation. Lapin then revealed that the company's own investigations had uncovered multiple offenses that could result in the termination of Folsomn's contract, one of which was her current employment with Crimson Dawn.
At that moment, Domina Tagge entered the scene, declaring that Folsomn's association with Crimson Dawn violated the company's non-compete agreement. Lady Tagge demanded that Folsomn reveal the identities of her handler and all her contacts, promising that cooperation would result in her being handed over to Imperial justice rather than subjecting her family to generations of crippling contract-breach fees. Folsomn unleashed her pent-up resentment towards the company, expressing her belief that Crimson Dawn cared for her, unlike the Tagge Corporation. Brandishing a knife, she lunged across the table in an attempt to assassinate Tagge, but her efforts were quickly foiled. Tagge seized the knife, informing Folsomn that if Crimson Dawn truly cared for her, they would not have sent her to kill Tagge. She pinned Folsomn to the table and fatally stabbed her in the back, resulting in her death. When Lapin inquired about Lady Tagge's well-being, she confirmed that she was unharmed, remarking that Folsomn was mediocre as both an employee and an assassin.
