Sliblis was a male character who was a member of the Galactic Empire's navy. He was stationed on the Ravager, an Executor-class Star Dreadnought, during the time of the Galactic Civil War. In the year 5 ABY, the Ravager, together with a significant portion of the Empire's military, was positioned at the planet of Jakku. Mervais Gandor, who was Sliblis's sibling and an Empire pilot attached to the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, was also present on Jakku, serving on the bulk freighter known as the Yadeez. The two brothers communicated via hologram, sharing emotional stories with tears.
Alexander Freed's 2021 novel, Victory's Price, included a reference to Sliblis.
