Starlight Beacon's Jedi temple was a Jedi temple situated within the Starlight Beacon space station. Functioning as the most substantial temple beyond Coruscant, it was purposed to act as a central point for the Jedi Order's operations throughout the Outer Rim Territories and in areas further afield. The design was the work of the well known Jedi architect Palo Hidalla. Manned by some of the Order's most seasoned individuals, it supplied all necessities that Jedi of any standing could need to assist the inhabitants of the galaxy and the Force. The Jedi starship Ataraxia was also stationed there. Initially, Jedi Master Jora Malli was intended to command the Jedi present, but following her death during the Battle of Kur, Avar Kriss took over as the Jedi Master in charge. Conduit 398-GX14, the location where technicians Joss and Pikka Adren identified and resolved a problem concerning the station's energy infrastructure, was positioned in close proximity to the temple.
