Sweeda, a pirate from the Weequay species, was a member of Captain Brutus's crew in 9 ABY. Sweeda served on Brutus's frigate when it approached the Barrier surrounding the concealed planet of At Attin. After the Onyx Cinder was brought onto the frigate, Sweeda was among the pirates who pointed their blasters at the vessel. When Silvo, the former captain, used Brutus's own blaster musket to kill him, Sweeda and the other pirates were initially stunned. However, Silvo convinced them to accept him as their captain once more. Sweeda later joined a group of pirates in firing upon the Onyx Cinder as it fled the frigate's hangar after a group of younglings had reclaimed it. Sweeda had brown skin and long, braided hair. During this period, they wore a brown vest over a red undershirt.
The character of Sweeda was played by Sydney Rose Walker in the sixth episode of the Disney+ series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, titled "We're Gonna Be In So Much Trouble," which was broadcast on January 7, 2025.
