Teniel Waray, a Human female agent of the Corellian Security Force, resided on the planet of Corellia during the Galactic Civil War era.
Following the Battle of Yavin, the Corellian Security Force commenced an investigation targeting the Chirq Council, prompted by increased ryll smuggling on Corellia. In 1 ABY, Captain Vitala Baize successfully placed a CorSec operative within Jzoro Quanera's Chirq Council cell, situated in Doaba Guerfel. This infiltration yielded the identities of the nine Chirq Council's elite councilors and the locations of their two clandestine headquarters. Subsequently, CorSec launched assaults on the First and Second Elite Council Bunkers located near Doaba Guerfel. Agent Teniel Waray received the assignment to participate in the assault on the First Elite Council Bunker. Agent Solso was given the task of disrupting the Chirq Council's bioweapon research. Consequently, Waray enlisted the assistance of an independent spacer, a former CorSec associate, to aid in her mission. This spacer infiltrated the First Elite Council Bunker, successfully destroying all Chirq Council bioweapons and gathering data concerning the weapons being developed there. Ultimately, the Chirq Council dissolved after the CorSec eliminated its elite councilors within the Elite Council Bunkers.
Teniel Waray existed as a non-player character within the video game Star Wars Galaxies (2003), a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game crafted by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts. The game shut down on December 15, 2011. Waray was introduced to the game through the "Chapter 1: The Corellian Captives" update, which went live on June 8, 2006.
